Two Kinds Of Clay

Trying to change my soil because of Clay but it is a dark color.

Was thinking about the South yes it is warmer but it still frost. I was just thinking of the soil there red slick Clay and harder to mess with.

Friend was talking about how warm it is here but like he said we didn't have a Winter and it was very dry.

Old guy might as well stay here. June 12 I will have been in the Ozarks 47 years kind of like home.

Some of the South has sticky red clay. I have sandy clay about a foot- 18" down, but sand on top. Sounds like you have clay loam which is better than the red clay in the South.
