An in-law of my son's is having problems with lime and lemon fruiting. She is in North Carolina. The plants are in large pots and this year they are producing flowers and fruit but the fruit, although healthy, drops before maturing. Any ideas on what is wrong please?
First thing I would guess and check is to see if they are root bound. It doesn't take long to have that problem and it would definitely cause fruit drop. If that isn't the problem, then it is probably a nutrition or lack thereof thing.
