Just wanted to share a few photos from last year's summer harvest. Please note that each of these photos represents just a single day's harvest, and we harvested the garden almost every single day! Hoping to do just as well this year as last year!

Noice!! What are your feelings on those roughneck squash, or however you call them? I had 2 plants mysteriously produce them and I didn't care for them as much as straight necks.

I actually prefer those, but not for the neck. I like that the bigger part of the squash gets bigger around. Makes better for slicing and frying. Slice them thick, batter them thin, fry them up! Big ol' hunks of fried squash and you can actually taste the squash!
