White zucchini?

I have a row of squash and zucchini plants and I thought they were all the same varieties, but this one is growing some light green, almost white-ish fruits. I got a ton of varying results on google searches, so I thought I'd bring it here. I didn't have a measuring device handy, so I estimated it to be around 14 inches long and maybe 4 inches wide at the thick end.

What is this exactly?

Yes, there are white, pale green varieties of zucchini. Burpee has one I've grown called Limelight.

They seem to taste about the same as green maybe less strong taste.

I planted some yellow zucchini this year, but the ruddy slugs had them all
I found a video about getting rid of slugs, and thought it would be worth a try - a bit late I think for this year though.
