Got couple Petunias just blooming all I could say was WOW!

Had a Gerber Daisy follow me home. Then my wife tells me where I can get one cheaper. HMM ah this followed me home so it is mine.

I'm wondering if it blooms out can I cut off all the Blooms and have double blooms?

Yes, dead head the flowers as they shrivel and the plant will produce more. I hope you haven't got rabbits on your land big rockpile, they will devour your Petunias.
