I think it depends on the time of year. Spinach and broc this time of year. Nothing beats a garden fresh tomato in the summer time. Fresh beans and corn picked the day eaten is incredible. think I get more out of potatoes than any other veg grown. eat them year round.

am going to try something this Summer. June 1st I am going to eat only veggies grow. Nothing else. going to try and make it 30 days Beans, Tomatoes, asparagus, peppers, carrots beets, cabbages, lettuces hopefully some potatoes at the end of June.
